All of the work covered in the contracts, the quality of the completed work was excellent. The work was completed within budget and without surprises. All issues raised by my client and myself were quickly resolved satisfactorily. In spite of the tightness of the schedule, due to seasonal rentals of the condo in the building, the work was completed on schedule with only minor inconveniences to the guests in occupancy.
